About Heath...I
am the guy down the street who has been working on
computers for as long as we both can remember. I remember
playing games on my Commodore 64. I also remember having a
lot of difficulty trying to program audio and sounds in BASIC. In
the more recent past, my experiences and interactions during the jobs
I've held have led me to decide to make my expertise available to the
general
public. Skills and confidence reinforce abilities when helping
people with computers or high-tech items (such as home theater
systems).
My experience encompasses 10+
years with all kinds of electronic,
electrical, and computerized devices. I obtained CompTIA's
A+ certification
in May of 2001, and recently I became a Microsoft Certified
Professional on Windows XP. The modern computer is
a complicated device, but it can almost always be repaired with the
right techniques and knowledge, and that's what I constantly strive to
keep.
