Terms and Conditions of Service
It is your
responsibility to maintain a current backup of any and all of your
data, programs, and information that may reside on your hard disk drive(s)
and any other storage media before we provide service to you. By accepting these terms of service, you (the
client, the person accepting these terms of service) agree that Complete
Computer Solutions, Inc. will not be responsible for any loss, corruption, or
alteration of data or equipment, loss or decrease in merchantability of
the items we perform service on, or lessening of fitness of any computer or
system for any purpose. We will examine your
computer(s)/system(s), disclose all problems we find with them, and
after you approve us to do so, will attempt to repair the problems found.
The list of problems is not guaranteed to be complete, as it is only an estimate.
Our attempt to repair these problems may fail, but you agree that the
payment stated in our estimate is for our attempting to perform the services requested.
If further problems are found, these will be disclosed to you upon discovery,
and a new estimate will be formed for services to correct or repair those problems.
If the discovered problems prevent the completion of the original repairs,
we will inform you, issue a new estimate, and allow you to decide whether or
not to continue with repairs. Our technician must have complete and uninterrupted access
to the following resources to attempt service: Electrical power, the
computer(s) or devices in question, the Operating System CD (with Serial Key), working space,
and a safe environment. If our technician determines at any time that any of the above
conditions are not met, he/she may discontinue work on your computer(s) and you will
be billed for the hours he/she expended on the attempt.
